You can find Loetje on the Amstel at Amstelzijde 37 in Amstelveen, right on the Amstel River. A beautiful spot with a view of the water, where you can enjoy yourself year-round. On our front terrace, you can watch rowers, boats, and sunbathers go by while you enjoy a steak with gravy, a fresh lunch, or a good glass of wine.

You’ll find us just outside Amsterdam, but with a feeling as if you’re completely away from it all. Easily accessible by car (parking is available nearby) and also perfectly doable by bike or public transport. Whether you’re coming for a quick lunch, a full dinner, or drinks in the sun, Loetje on the Amstel is always a good idea.

At Loetje, dogs are welcome, provided they are leashed. That way, you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink together.

Yes, Loetje on the Amstel has a disabled toilet available for our guests. Additionally, both the restaurant entrance and the parking area are fully wheelchair accessible. This way, everyone can easily and comfortably enjoy a visit to Loetje.

Reservations are not mandatory, but we do recommend them, especially on weekends or busy days. This way, you can be sure a table will be ready for you. Making a reservation is easy and quick thru our website.

At Loetje, we also think about our young guests. For the little ones, we have a special children’s menu with delicious, kid-friendly dishes that they can feast on.

It is possible to pay for parking on our own premises. The cost for this is €2.10 for the first two hours, then €1.05 per hour. Around Loetje on the Amstel, there are also other parking options, such as the Amstelparking just around the corner.

Prefer free parking? That can be done for a maximum of two hours across the water. This way, you can relax and enjoy your visit to Loetje without worrying about your car.

Even if you don’t eat meat, you’re in the right place at Loetje. You’ll find plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu.
