What once began as a small billiard café in Amsterdam has grown into a household name. In Loetje’s early days, the menu featured simple dishes like fried eggs and meatballs—until someone asked for steak. And just like that, the madness began. The pan-fried tenderloin in rich jus became our signature and put Loetje on the map.
