This used to be the Elisabeth Hospital, and now it’s a beautiful Loetje location. I ordered a delicious steak with old-fashioned gravy and two casino white rolls on the side. It was unbelievably good! Sweet potato fries with aioli and no salad on the side, so there would be room for the delicious sticky toffee cake! What I would do differently is put what the dish consists of on the menu for all dishes. Not everyone knows what sticky toffee is. It turned out to be a delicious chocolate cake with dates. For a good price indication for two people. No appetizer. No salad. In addition to the delicious steak, I also saw other delicious things passing by, so it’s not just steak that’s on the menu!

Delicious food! The steak is delicious. Plenty of choice on the menu. Nice and efficient service. Friendly and welcoming. Easy to make a reservation via the website. Great that dogs are allowed!

Nice restaurant. We hadn’t made a reservation, but were still more than welcome on Saturday evening. Very friendly staff, tasty menu choices. We sat on the outdoor terrace, which also has a nice atmosphere and where you can admire the back of the old hospital. Very nice and tasty, we’ll definitely be back.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered a main course that was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh and of high quality. The wine that was recommended paired excellently with the food. The dessert was a delightful ending. I will definitely come back here again.

Delicious beef steak from tenderloin with even tastier gravy, perfect for dipping bread in. Also a delicious crème brûlée. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.
It is a beautiful old building, but inside it is a bit too large to be truly cozy. But all in all, a recommendation.

Eating at Loetje is always good, but this location makes it special. This one is very beautiful and atmospheric.

Pleasant evening, went out to dinner with the family, had a delicious meal, the steak from Loetje is truly a legend, you can’t prepare them like that at home. Enjoyed the “De Roode Waard” variant! A recommendation!

The steaks were as good as advertized and truly worth eating here. The burrata was also very good. Everything was very fresh. The staff was also very helpful, approachable, and came by at the right moments throughout the evening to ask if we needed anything (like drinks/the menu). Beautiful restaurant and delicious food. All in all: top!
